Once you have created your Baby Shower / Birth / Baptism list you have the possibility to access your account at any time to monitor the status of the list or make any changes. Once the list has been created you will not have the obligation to purchase; However, Casa del Bebè does not reserve the selected products. If one of the products chosen by a friend/relative is not available, we will endeavor to find it within 25 days. Otherwise, if the user chooses to reserve the products in the list, if no one chooses that product, the user will have to purchase it.
With regards to the products inserted by the user in the List:
There is no obligation to purchase on the part of the user himself; La Casa del bebè does not reserve products for the list itself, however, if an item is chosen by a relative/friend and is not available at the moment, it undertakes to source it and make it available within 25 working days of the choice. The user can also decide to reserve, in his name, a particular product from the created list. In this case, the item will always be available. If, however, none of the relatives or friends choose it to make the gift, the user himself will have to purchase it. For this type of management of products on the list, do not hesitate to contact us via email to better define all the details.
